WHAT IVE LEARNED ABOUT BUILDING MUSCLE
1. Guys remember its about intensity not volume! Longer in the gym doesn't mean your working out harder.
2. Remember the three golden rules.. rest, rest, rest! You don't grow in the gym, you grow when you rest!
3. Feed your body a balanced diet, if you starve it, its going to eat you instead!
4. Guys remember these words, 90% of the stuff you read, from Muscle Mag to Mens Health is meant to sell you something or meant to give you a reason buy their magazines.
5. Don't buy into gimmicks and promo offers. Basic multi-muscle work outs are the key for building muscle....Good old fashion, Deadlifts, Incline Bench Press, Squats and Shoulder Press!
